Actor and director Clint Eastwood's son, Scott Eastwood is the newest guy being considered for the lead role of Christian Grey in the controversial film "Fifty Shades of Grey".
The model and actor would be replacing "Pacific Rim" star Charlie Hunnam for the role after Hunnam decided to drop out of the project because he got 'cold feet'. Not only was the actor not pleased with the character development in the script, he also wasn't enjoying the intense spotlight that had forced Universal to hire extra security for the star at a recent Hollywood event.
Eastwood is one of five actors under consideration for the role of the S&M-loving character and would star opposite Dakota Johnson, who is already set to portray Anastasia Steele.
Production on "Fifty Shades of Grey" is expected to begin this November, so it won't be long until we do get a confirmation on who will be playing the role.
lexander Skarsgard, Theo James, and Jamie Dornan are being considered for the role of Christian.
Eastwood has had roles in a couple of his father's movies, including "Gran Torino" and "Flags Of Our Fathers".
The film will be directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson of "Nowhere Boy" and is expected to be released by the mid-year of 2014.
