“Ketika ditemui, mayat masih berpakaian lengkap iaitu kemeja berkolar berwarna kelabu dan seluar panjang warna biru muda berserta tali pinggang jenama Doula.

Katy-Perry-the-new-queen-of-Twitter/
Pop star Katy Perry has overtaken Justin Bieber as the most followed person on Twitter. The latest figures Monday showed 46,534,966 followers for the singer best known for hit songs such as "Teenage Dream," California Gurls," and "I Kissed a Girl."
That overtook the number of followers of the Canadian teen star, at 46,510,838. Shea Bennett of the "All Twitter" news blog noticed the change at the top on Sunday and said Perry was now likely to be the first to get to 50 million.
"Bieber has been quite active on his profile this weekend as he's on tour in Brazil, but Perry hasn’t tweeted since October 31, so expect a little more action coming her way once she gets back on the train," Bennett wrote.
"In the meantime, Justin could claw his way back, although I think the momentum is against him." Bennett noted that Bieber took Twitter's top spot from Lady Gaga back in January, "and if history has taught us anything about placement #1 on Twitter, it's that once you’ve been leap-frogged by another user you never get it back again."

Venezuela-slams-new-US-spying-claims/
Venezuela Monday denounced a new report that the United States made Caracas a spying priority, and warned that bilateral ties would remain frozen.
"It is unacceptable that they're spying on us," Foreign Minister Elias Jaua told a news conference in Mexico City after talks with Mexican counterpart Jose Antonio Meade. The New York Times reported Sunday that Venezuela was one of six "enduring targets" in the National Security Agency's official mission list from 2007, along with China, North Korea, Iraq, Iran and Russia. Citing documents leaked by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden, the newspaper said the agency monitored the government and personal emails of the top 10 Venezuelan economic officials.
"The revelations show once more the reasons why we regrettably cannot have good relations with the United States," Jaua said. The United States and Venezuela have been without mutual ambassadors since 2010, and Caracas kicked out the US charge d'affaires in October, leading Washington to reciprocate. Last June, the two countries agreed to begin discussions aimed at returning their ambassadors following a meeting between Jaua and US Secretary of State John Kerry.
But Venezuela broke off the near rapprochement in July after the now US ambassador to the UN, Samantha Power, lumped Caracas' elected government with "repressive regimes." In July, a Brazilian newspaper, citing Snowden leaks, reported that the NSA had monitored military purchases in Venezuela.

Three-killed-in-Norway-bus-hijacking-police/
Three people were killed Monday when a man armed with a knife hijacked a bus in western Norway, local police said. The suspected hijacker, a man in his 50s of foreign origin, has been arrested, police officer Joern Lasse Foerde Refsnes told the TV2 Nyhetskanalen news channel.
"For now, I have no information to indicate there was anyone else than the three victims" on the bus, he said. The identity of the suspect, who was himself injured according to Norwegian media, as well as the motives for the attack were not immediately clear.
The man was overpowered by firefighters who rushed to the scene of what they initially believed was a traffic accident, police said. The long-distance bus was driving on the route between the mountainous Valdres region, a popular area for skiing, and Oslo.

Authorities put a shopping mall in Paramus, New Jersey, on lockdown late Monday after a gunman fired at least one shot but no one was injured, the town's mayor said. The shooter is believed to have fled the mall, Mayor Richard Labarbiera said on CNN, citing police.
He said one shell casing had been found, despite earlier reports that several shots were heard. "Everyone in the mall is well," he said. Shooting erupted at the Garden State Plaza Mall around 9:20 pm local time, CNN television reported. One gunman dressed in black was being sought by police, NBC said. Witnesses gave varying accounts of the number of shots they heard, the reports said.
Many stores scrambled to close their gates at the popular mall in a suburban area near New York City. Shocked workers and shoppers scurried out in a an alarming incident that recalled September's tragedy at a shopping mall in Nairobi, Kenya where an attack claimed by Somalia’s Al-Qaeda linked Shebab killed at least 67 people.

Countdown-to-Mars-Indian-mission-prepares-for-blastoff/
India's launches its first mission to Mars on Tuesday, aiming to become the only Asian nation to reach the Red Planet with a programme designed to showcase its low-cost space technology. A rocket carrying a 1.35-tonne unmanned probe will blast off at 02:38pm (0908 GMT) from the Sriharikota spaceport off the southeast coast, beginning a 300-day journey to study the Martian atmosphere.
"The countdown is progressing well, as scheduled," said Deviprasad Karnik, spokesman for the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). "The weather is normal. Slightly cloudy but no problem." The Mars Orbiter Mission, known as "Mangalyaan" in India, was announced 15 months ago by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh shortly after a Chinese probe flopped when it failed to leave earth's atmosphere. The timing led to speculation that India was seeking to make a point to its militarily and economically superior neighbour, despite denials from ISRO.
"We are in competition with ourselves in the areas that we have charted for ourselves," ISRO chairman K. Radhakrishnan told AFP last week. "Each country has its own priorities." The golden-coloured probe, about the size of a small car or very large refrigerator, has been hurriedly assembled and will be carried by a rocket much smaller than American or Russian equivalents. Lacking the power to fly directly, the 350-tonne launch vehicle will orbit earth for nearly a month, building up the necessary velocity to break free from our planet's gravitational pull.
Only then will it begin the second stage of its nine-month journey which will test India's scientists to the full, five years after they sent a probe called Chandrayaan to the moon. More than half of all Mars projects have failed, including China's in 2011 and Japan's in 2003. Only the United States, Russia and the European Union have successfully reached there. "I was very nervous during the moon mission, but after seeing the precision with which our people took Chandrayaan to the orbit I have to be confident," top Indian space scientist Jitendra Nath Goswami told AFP.
The total cost of the project is just 4.5 billion rupees ($73 million), a fraction of foreign equivalents. There have been recent setbacks for India, however, including when Chandrayaan lost contact with its controllers in 2009 and when a new larger launch vehicle blew up after take-off in 2010. India has never before attempted an inter-planetary journey which has required the development of technology enabling the probe to run autonomously. Communication signals take 12 minutes to travel between Earth and Mars. "The biggest problem is to understand the navigation issue from the earth's orbit to the Martian orbit," ISRO chief Radhakrishnan told AFP.
The programme also has to contend with domestic critics who say a country that struggles to feed its people adequately and where more than half have no toilets should not be splurging on space travel. "An improvement of basic social indicators should be the priority and then we can have many missions to Mars," activist Shivani Chaudhry from the New Delhi-based Housing and Land Rights Network told AFP. ISRO counters that its technology has helped with economic development through satellites which monitor weather and water resources, or enable communication in remote parts of the country.
The Bangalore-based organisation and its 16,000 staff also share their rocket technology with the state-run defence body responsible for India's rapidly evolving missile programme. The United States is the only nation that has successfully sent robotic explorers to land on Mars, the most recent being Curiosity, a nearly one-tonne vehicle which touched down in August 2012. One of its discoveries appeared to undercut the purpose of the Indian mission which is to find evidence of methane which would lend credence to the idea of Mars supporting a primitive form of life.
A study of data from Curiosity published in September found that the rover had detected only trace elements of methane in the Martian atmosphere. "Remember that it (Curiosity's methane reading) is for a single spot. One point doesn't make it a story for the whole planet," said Goswami, who was lead scientist for the moon mission. NASA, which will launch its own probe to study Mars on November 18, is helping ISRO with communications. Two ships stationed in the Pacific will also assist with monitoring.

Hundreds of millions of people worldwide risk exposure to toxic pollution, environmental groups warned Monday, publishing a list of the world's worst areas, including an African processing site for European electronics.
"We estimate that the health of more than 200 million people is at risk from pollution in the developing world," said Richard Fuller, who heads US-based environment watchdog the Blacksmith Institute. The institute and Green Cross Switzerland published a new top 10 list of the "World's Worst Polluted Places" -- their first since 2007 -- based on more than 2,000 risk assessments at contaminated sites in 49 countries. West Africa's second largest processing area for the world's swelling piles of electronic waste, at Agbogbloshie in Ghana's capital Accra was among new additions.
Each year, Ghana imports around 215,000 tonnes of secondhand consumer electronics, mainly from Western Europe -- a number that is expected to double by 2020, according to the report. The main health concern linked to e-waste processing in Ghana is the burning of sheathed cables to recover the copper inside, the report said, pointing out that the cables can contain a range of heavy metals, including lead. Soil samples from around Agbogbloshie have shown concentrations of that toxic metal that are 45 times more than accepted levels, the report said.
"E-waste is really going to be a challenge. It's growing exponentially. Everybody wants a computer, a laptop, the modern devices, so I think we're seeing the tip of the iceberg," Blacksmith research director Jack Caravanos told reporters in a conference call. Other newcomers to the 2013 list included Indonesia's Citarum River Basin in West Java, an area that is home to around nine million people, but also some 2,000 factories. The river, which is used among other things for human consumption and to irrigate rice farms, is contaminated by a wide range of toxins, including aluminium and manganese.
Drinking water tests have shown lead at levels more than 1,000 times above US standards, the report said. Another Indonesian area, Kalimantan on the island of Borneo, was also added to the list due to the widespread artisanal small-scale gold mining there. Most practitioners of this craft use mercury in the extraction process, and contribute to a large portion of global emissions of the hazardous metal each year. This year's list also includes Hazaribagh in Bangladesh, which is home to most the country's 270 registered tanneries.
Every day, they collectively dump around 22,000 cubic litres of toxic waste, including cancer-causing hexavalent chromium, into the Buriganga, Dhaka's main river and key water supply. The Niger River Delta in Nigeria and the Matanza-Riachuelo River Basin in Argentina were also added to the list. Several toxic industrial areas in the former Soviet Union, including the site of the devastating 1986 nuclear disaster in Chernobyl, Ukraine, were carried over from the last list, as was Zambia's lead-mining city Kabwe.
Unlike the list six years ago, which was dominated by Chinese and Indian sites, those two countries are missing from the list published Monday. "There has been a reasonably strong movement towards clean-up in India and China," Hanrahan explained.

Girl-8-is-Chinas-youngest-lung-cancer-case/
An eight-year-old girl has become China's youngest lung cancer patient, reports said, with doctors blaming pollution as the direct cause of her illness. The girl, whose name was not given, lives near a major road in the eastern province of Jiangsu, said Xinhuanet, the website of China's official news agency.
It quoted Jie Fengdong, a doctor at Jiangsu Cancer Hospital in Nanjing, as saying she had been exposed to harmful particles and dust over a long period of time. Lung cancer cases among children are extremely rare, with the average age for diagnosis at about 70, according to the American Cancer Society. But the incidence of the disease has skyrocketed in China as the country's rapid development has brought with it deteriorating air quality, particularly in urban areas
Lung cancer deaths in China have multiplied more than four times over the past 30 years, according to Beijing's health ministry. Cancer is now the leading cause of death in the smog-ridden capital. The report of the eight-year-old girl's diagnosis comes after choking smog enveloped the northeastern city of Harbin two weeks ago, bringing flights and ground transport to a standstill and forcing schools to shut for several days, with visibility in some areas reduced to less than 50 metres.
At the height of the smog, the city's levels of PM2.5 -- the smallest, most dangerous type of airborne particle -- reached 1,000 micrograms per cubic metre, 40 times the World Health Organization's recommended standard. High levels of PM2.5 have been linked to health problems including lung cancer and heart disease.

De-stresssss-with-an-Indonesian-snake-massage/
Lying on a massage table at a spa in the Indonesian capital Jakarta, Feri Tilukay closed his eyes and smiled blissfully as three enormous snakes slithered all over him. He is one of a small band of customers brave enough to try the "snake massage", where the gentle hands of a professionally trained masseuse are swapped for the cold, scaly skin of six-foot (1.8-metre) pythons.
"It is a very unique sensation," Tilukay, 31, told AFP, as the snakes slid over him during a recent session, adding the treatment "gives you an adrenaline rush". Dressed only in a pair of shorts, he seemed completely relaxed as three reptiles named Jasmine, Muscle and Brown got to work on him. They draped themselves over his neck, rolled around on his stomach and back and occasionally arched their necks and stuck out their forked tongues.
Two masseuses also attended the session to ensure safety and to encourage the snakes -- whose mouths are kept shut with sticky tape -- to move around, making sure they didn't just coil up and stay put in one spot.

Before the 90-minute treatment, which costs 480,000 rupiah ($43), the snakes are taken out of the plastic boxes where they are kept and cleaned with anti-septic. While many people who get the massage at the centre, called Bali Heritage Reflexology and Spa, are thrill seekers or just looking for a new experience, a handful, like Tilukay, are trying to get over a life-long fear of snakes.
"I used to be afraid of snakes, I had a phobia. But after getting this treatment several times, the phobia started going away and now I like snakes," said Tilukay, an accountant, who has had three of the sessions. He is one of the few Indonesian customers with most coming from Europe, Japan or South Korea, according to spa general manager Paulus Abraham. The spa, which is decorated with wooden furniture in the style of a traditional house on the resort island of Bali, keeps five snakes which are fed a diet of live rabbits.
The snake massage is just one of 300 treatments offered by the centre -- and many others are equally off-the-wall. In one a staff member dressed in a gorilla suit performs a massage and in another, the customer sits in a bathtub of beer receiving a massage while enjoying a Lager.

But it is the snake massage, which started around a year ago, that has been attracting the most attention as well as a steady stream of customers. However, animal rights groups have raised concerns, with the Jakarta Animal Aid Network describing the treatment of the snakes as "exploitation".
"We are angry to hear about any kind of animal exploitation, including snakes," group spokesman Benvika, who like many Indonesians goes by one name, told AFP. Abraham insisted that the snakes were not being ill-treated -- and that they enjoyed the contact with humans that came from the massages.
"We don't treat them like workers, we treat them like our friends or family," he said. "We kiss them, we hug them, we take good care of them."

Menonton sinetron Indonesia pada waktu petang sambil minum kopi merupakan aktiviti tatkala bosan kesukaan. Mengapa?

wakil ratu cantik drag disangka rozita che wan
Memang cantik betul dia, rasanya wanita-wanita tulen pasti bertambah sentap melihat kejelitaan Nur Sajat kan?
Ooops jangan marah uols, apa-apa pun kita semua serupa. Asalkan anda ok, Adminj pun ok! Go Sajat! Ciao!
Admin: Apa cerita penyanyi Nurul Wahab yang katanya dikecam kerana menggunakan surname suaminya, Eric Depp?

Filipinos-allege-abuse-in-Saudi-immigration-crackdown/
Thirty Filipino workers expelled from Saudi Arabia returned home Monday and alleged they were abused amid a crackdown on illegal migrants there. They were among an estimated 6,700 Filipino workers stranded in parts of the oil-rich Middle Eastern kingdom where an amnesty for undocumented foreigners ended over the weekend.
"They treated us like animals," said domestic helper Amor Roxas, 46, who burst in tears while narrating her ordeal. She claimed Saudi police rounded them up and placed them in a crowded cell for four days before they were paraded from the immigration centre to the airport. "Our feet were chained," added Yvonne Montefeo, 32, in between sobs. Saudi Arabian embassy officials in Manila did not want to comment on the allegation of abuse.
Migrante International, a support group for Filipino overseas workers, said 1,700 other workers remained stranded in Jeddah waiting for their documents to be processed so they can return home while about 5,000 more were scattered in Riyadh, Al Khobar and Dammam and also needing consular assistance. It warned that the Filipinos "are in danger of being violently dispersed, arrested and detained by Saudi authorities" as the kingdom implements its crackdown.

The Filipinos are among tens of thousands of mostly Asian unskilled workers likely to be expelled, the group said. Vice President Jejomar Binay, who is also presidential adviser on migrant affairs, last week appealed to the Saudi government to extend its deadline, noting that "thousands are still hoping to correct their employment status".
"Due to the large number of Filipino workers seeking correction of their employment status, many of them may not be able to meet the Nov 3 deadline," he said in a letter to King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud last week. The crackdown started early this year, but the Saudi government offered an amnesty to allow the workers to legalise their stay. Binay said more than 4,000 Filipinos had been repatriated since the crackdown was announced, while 1,716 are waiting for their exit documents to be processed even as the deadline expired Sunday.
About a tenth of the Philippines' population live and work abroad, and their dollar remittances are a vital pillar of the economy. A vast majority of them work as unskilled labourers or maids, and are exposed to situations whey they are prone to abuse.

Obesity-linked-to-early-onset-of-puberty-in-US-girls/
Girls of all races are entering puberty earlier than ever before, and US research, out Monday, suggests obesity may a contributing factor, particularly in white girls. Early puberty has been linked to a number of medical conditions, including increased risk of breast and ovarian cancer, as well as high blood pressure and depression.
White girls on average began developing breasts at a median age of 9.7 years, about four months earlier than found in a separate study in 1997, said the report in the journal Pediatrics. A higher body mass index, or ratio of height and weight, was "the strongest predictor" of early breast development across all races in the study.
African-American girls continued to develop at earlier ages than whites and Asians, as previous studies have also found, though no earlier than was observed in prior studies from the late 1980s and 1990s. "The obesity epidemic appears to be a prime driver in the decrease in age at onset of breast development in contemporary girls," said the research led by Frank Biro at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
The research is based on a group of 1,200 girls in New York, the San Francisco Bay area and the greater Cincinnati area, as part of the government funded Breast Cancer and the Environment Research Program. The girls enrolled in the study beginning in 2004 when they were between the ages of six to eight, and their development was tracked for multiple years.A trend toward earlier puberty has been noted in past international studies as well.
Research from Denmark published in 2009 showed that girls were experiencing breast development nearly a year earlier than those born 15 to 16 years before. An accompanying editorial in Pediatrics by Marcia Herman-Giddens of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill said that the reasons for early puberty are complex and may not be fully understood for some time. "Each individual girl is exposed to multiple factors in today's environment, many not present decades ago, that may potentially influence her pubertal onset," she wrote.
"Furthermore, because early puberty and menarche are associated with many detrimental health and psychosocial issues, we must not accept this premature development as the 'new normal.' Instead, she called for a renewed push to create "a healthier environment for our children."

semangat puteri walinongsari siti nurhaliza buat pahang juara
Biasalah, pelbagai andaian dilakukan.
