To say that Victoria Beckham is a master of self-promotion is rather like saying Miley Cyrus has gone a little off the rails of late - it's a pretty obvious statement. And the Spice-Girl-turned-fashion-designer was back to her big-upping ways yesterday as she stepped out in New York sporting a dress from her diffusion line on the same day it was unveiled at New York Fashion Week.
The billowing dress forms part of her Victoria, Victoria Beckham spring/summer 2014 collection, which VB revealed at a presentation for industry insiders in New York yesterday. Happily she also shared the collection's look book (scroll through above to see it) so that those of us not lucky enough to have a NYFW pass can start planning our hit list (and then despair that we'll never be able to afford a single piece on it). Whilst her mainline collection was full of chic separates, her latest diffusion line sees VB stick almost exclusively to the item she first found fashion fame with - dresses.
With frocks in every shape imaginable - shift, structured, drop-waist, fit-and-flare - the collection features Sixties-esque prints and block pastel colours, and has pretty much made us wish we could by-pass winter completely and just skip straight into next spring.
