Who said men don’t know their way in the kitchen?
Just recently Australian grill wizard, Sean Connolly hit our shores to feast us with some delectable treats at the BERJAYA University College of Hospitality.
Our taste buds had a little food party of their own as he served up a storm of grilled garlic prawns, grilled Australian rib eye with Miso Hollandaise, fondant potato and water cress as well as fresh berries with elderflower jelly and raspberry lime sauce for dessert.
This was all a part of Connolly’s GRILLED tour around Asia, where he visited Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and our very own Malaysia.
After stuffing ourselves, we managed to get some one on one time with the charming chef and talk Malaysian food and ultimate date food (check out our video interview!).
